PPCP AT THE EXHIBITION LIBEREC 2019

PPCP

Liberec

PPCP was one of the prominent sponsors of the exhibition and in the Court of Honour, it presented 3 contextual exhibits of rarities from the collections of our members. Our leading member Peter Severín (Gold Medal and 96 points) took part in the exhibition with his exhibit Cancellation of Slovak Post Offices in the period 1850 – 1867. Three PPCP frames presented printing error 50/50, the Cape of Good Hope error of colour and the beginnings of Czech postal history with its imperial letters and a letter from the first day of stamp use. All in great design by Eternia and in trilingual historical and proprietary context, with image material, etc. Not only the content, but also the form and the style of these exhibits were very attractive for the media and visitors, including the non-philatelic public. (Our exhibits at the Biennale 2020 could also be created in this spirit, and perhaps this will succeed in establishing a whole new style of philatelic exhibitions in the future.)
